One of the guiding principles of PLF is to facilitate qualitative changes in development action. To this end, it is networking with various organizations. It is continually learning and evolving imaginative partnerships that bring benefits of innovations to all the poor and neglected sections of the society. |
| In practice, PLF is involved in a two-way process: (a) partnering with research institutions, development actors and policy practitioners to refine and redefine research priorities and linking them to policies and practices; and (b) implementing projects by joining hands with institutions like WOTR, WASSAN, MANAGE, DDU (ISEC), CARE (India), FWWB, APMAS and DANIDA. |
