The study was a Labor market study undertaken by PLF with an objective to map the potential market/ employers for benefitting the skilled youth of the region. The study seeks to generate suitable strategies to address the gaps towards supply and demand with tentative time factor. The study serves as a guiding note to build strategy for skill development vis-à-vis employment of the youth.
